Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the Engineering departments of several large-scale projects within the given time frame. Coordinate with consultant and subcontractor for submission& approval of all shop drawings, material submissions & method statement
• Providing Technical solutions to the Construction team. Managing Project document control, including drawings, material submittals and specification control and
interpretation.

• Checking & coordinating all subcontractor shop drawings review & approval.
• Checking and clarifying any design issues in the IFC drawings by raising RFl's on time. Performing Work methods improvement studies.
• Liaising with Architects/Contractors/Local Authority personnel assigned to the project.
• Handling high performance façade system comprising of Curtain wall Systems, GRC, precast, Aluminium profiles/fins and ACP Cladding which includes coordination for the authority submissions.
• Responsible for periodical site inspection to check & that works executed at site are complying with the shop drawings.
• Responsible for coordination with infrastructure contractor for preparation of shop drawings, to finalize the sequence of work at site for smooth progress of the project etc.
• Attending regular internal meetings, sub-contract meetings, Technical meetings & weekly progress meetings with Contractor & Client and preparation of Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
• Coordination with the site team & sub-contractor to make the Mock-up ready for any activities /material as per the project requirement, drawings and specification for final inspection & approval from client.
• Technical review and recommendation for value engineering (VE Items) and basic cost estimation.
• Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.
• Review potential re-valve engineering on execution projects to ensure maximum savings.
• Preparing and handing over of completed project facilities with all required closeout documentation.

• The descriptions of my work is to analysis and prepare detailed engineering design of residential,
commercial and industrial buildings respect to codes specification with STADD PRO V8i software,
worksheets and manual techniques.
• Pre-engineered building (PEBs), space frame, truss design and detailing.
• Preparing the BOQ of material.
• Preparing the Structural Drawings.

• Interact with the clients and deliver the designs and details as per their requirements.
• Guide the drafting persons for accurate detailing.
• Check and optimize the final design outputs.
