Monitor the implementation of International Data Privacy Regulations such as GDPR, SOC2 TYPE2 etc
Overlook the implementation of QHSE Management systems in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards for GENETCO and Group of Companies.
Perform Internal Audits to monitor the effective implementation of QHSE Standards.
Design, implement and maintain safety compliance systems across the facilities of GENETCO.
Represent the organization in all compliance audits.
Co-ordinate ISO certification activities with certification partners.
Responsible and Accountable for Certification Business- Kuwait.
Generate New Business for the Certification division.
Liaise With existing clients on aspects related to surveillance and Re-certification audits.
Budgeting, Forecast and Financial Follow up Management of the entire division.
Develop and Overlook the implementation of ISO 17021 guidelines across the certification body.
Provide Training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Carry out Timely Audits either and Coordinate with certification Manager for integrated management systems.
Carry out the Evaluation Process in a professional and unbiased manner.
Prepare Audit Programmes as per schedule and conduct third party audits on QHSEMS Management systems.
Provide Consultancy and Training Services to clients without conflict of interest.
Report to Country Manager on the status of certifications.
Additional responsibilities on implementing ISO 17020 across the Inspection body of Velosi Kuwait.
Carry out Timely Audits either and Coordinate with the Head of Certifications for integrated management systems.

Overlook the implementation of QHSE Management systems in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards for Kirtanlal International Group.
Perform Quality Control Inspection on Incoming seamless pipes based on ASTM standards and Mill Test Certificates. (ASTM A-53/53-07).
Design, implement and maintain safety compliance systems in the yard.
Represent the organization in all compliance audits.
Co-ordinate ISO certification activities with certification partners.
Lead Auditor (QHSE Management Systems), done External Audits (Third Party Audits) for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Management Systems. The Third-party Audit for the QHSEMS mentioned above covered all types of Industries in the UAE mostly into Manufacturing, Construction, Trading and Service Industries.
Undertake audits to determine the effectiveness of, and compliance with, the elements of the Integrated Management System; and produce meaningful, comprehensive and robust audit reports in a timely fashion.
Monitoring, review, follow-up and close out of corrective actions in liaison with the relevant action owners; provide coaching, training and expert advice on the raising/carrying out of corrective actions, identification of root cause and adequacy of SMART actions to prevent re-occurrence; produce reports on corrective actions and audits summaries as and when required.
Knowledge in Training Delivery for the Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001.
Knowledge in preparation of Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, Quality Plan for Projects/ Process and Inspection and Test Plan for Products in accordance with Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and Occupational health and Safety OHSAS 18001.
Training services on QHSE Management systems & ISO 22716.
Designing, developing, documenting and implementing Manuals, procedures and related records in accordance with ISO 17021.
Controlling Certification Files.
Representing the certification body in Management Review Meetings and maintain cordial relationship with the stake holders.
Conduct Internal Audits for the certification body.
Coordinating with Accreditation Bodies for Management System Accreditations.
Representing the certification Body in Accreditation Audits from DAC, AIAC and G-ISO.
ISO 17021 Training for certification Personnel.
Prepare and Maintain Auditor’s work load.
Scheme Manager for low risk EA/Nace Codes- 29, 35, 37 and 39.
Evaluating Auditors through witness audits in low risk category.
Awareness of the Integrated Management System and the content of the Health, Safety, Quality & Environment Policy Statements.
Promote a good QHSE culture among their peers, subcontractors and third parties.
Represent Clients in Vendor Pre-qualification audits.
Designing, developing, documenting, training, implementing & maintaining the Quality, Health & Safety Environmental Management systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards. The work Includes Documents distribution, Training, Internal Audits, Management reviews, Legislation monitoring, Hazard and Risk assessment, Environmental Impact assessment, Operational control monitoring, ensuring continual Improvement on QHSE Management system, managing external certification of QHSE etc.
