. Preparing monthly salaries and collection list in ERP
. Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports to platform directors.
. Manage all company accounting files and records, including disbursement receipts.
. Trouble-shoot project’s financial problems. Identify and implement creative solutions.

. Performing all task in Global Gap and ASF audit.

• Maintaining day-to-day running operation of a company, such as answering phone calls, preparing correspondence and preparing reports.
• Establish and maintain supplier/distributors accounts and entered into the computerized accounting system.
• Control the inventories as per company’s policies and adjust the stock levels as when required as per market conditions.
• Prepare material requirement plans of the critical & consumable as well as spares.

• Supporting Manager in grievance management, disciplinary action procedures, establishing a complaint system and addressing the complaints.
