 Server Administration: Administration & maintenance of servers in different platforms (MOM Server, WSUS Sever, MacAfee Server, File Server, Database Server, Backup Servers etc..) Implementation of windows applications. Having experience in handling the Hardware issues of servers and vendor management.

 Providing Onsite & Offsite IT Support and Experience in managing data center.(Global Network Operational Center)
 Maintain data centre equipment details with respect to RACK and Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and hardware health-checkups.
 Responsibility includes co-ordinations with US & UK, Etc... Incident management incase of international & domestic circuit/Link failures and Process outages.

 Maintaining the systems and network connectivity of around 5 branches of Malappuram District Co-operative Bank Ltd (MDCB) in Kerala, both system and networking (LAN&WAN) level.
 Leasedline configuration PPP(Chap authentication used) for WAN Connection.
 The responsibilities include co-ordination with the users for defining the functional specification, conducting operational & user acceptance tests also responsible for providing 0% downtime of the network(LAN&WAN) in Bank at working hours.
