 Handling of day-to-day trade operations of company.
 Excellent ability in purchase administration and order processing.
 Dealt with Local and Overseas vendors.
 Interacting and negotiating with vendors for best price and credit facilities.
 Purchase Order creation, Cost sheet preparation in Oracle ERP system.
 Preparation of Cisco, Microsoft, HP online ordering asper vendor’s terms & conditions.
 Excellent knowledge in importing goods through Air freight, Sea freight and Road with duty free formalities.
 Having strong knowledge with importing, exporting & Re-exporting computers, networking products, Heavy Equipments (Generators, UPS, Cables and Safety Products.)
 Proper follow up with vendors to get the shipment on promised time.
 Preparation of marine insurance on monthly basis and co ordinate with insurance claim.
 Monitoring deeply cost working and comparison between the estimated with actual.
 Co ordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearing agent.
 Follow up with accounts for supplier, Freight and duty payments asper agreed credit terms.
 Strong functional and technical knowledge about IT products.
 Ability to establish LC (Letter of Credit), Bank Guarantee asper terms & conditions.
 Handling Audit queries. (Internal, Statutory & ISO Audit).
 Submitting MIS reports to management in weekly, monthly & yearly basis
