Responsibilities Includes: • Managing & administrating office works
• Preparing of bank reconciliation statement
• Dealing with suppliers, bank, and debtors
• Handling the complete bank transaction
• Accounts payable and receivable processing
• Taking care of Import & Export logistics functions
• Handling the complete documentation process on exports
• Planning export according to container release and booking
• Negotiating Freight& charges according to market availability
• Review and approval of all employees leave and payments
• Half yearly market inspection for all customers in U.A.E
• Preparation of accounts up to finalization
• Presenting reports weekly and monthly
• Maintaining of sales and purchase
• Maintaining and controlling of stock
• Create good relation with customers & suppliers
