Coordinate the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment at site.
• Direct and supervises the provision of adequate QHSE, fire and loss
control programs at the sites.
• Ensure implementation of safe codes of practices, accident prevention
and environmental protection control program.
• Coordinate the Operation Manager, Client QHSE department and other
key personnel and ensure adequate coverage for the fire, accidents,
environmental pollution and other emergency situation.
• Attend all QHSE meetings called by the client’s representative at site and
in head office.
• Carry out routine QHSE Inspection, prepare reports with
recommendation, corrective action, and target dates and follow up on the
close outs.
• Coordinate the tasks like pest control and fumigation throughout the
premises.
• Frequent monitoring and verification of food handler’s health condition
and Personal hygiene as per the requirement.
• Participate in the QHSE audit that is conducting by client and company
QHSE Manager.
• Participate in the external audit that is conducting by third parties.
• Investigate and report all customer complaints and accidents.
• Conduct weekly Food Safety Team Meeting and Prepare monthly
statistical report such as man hour worked, LTI’s near misses, vehicle
activities, RTAs etc. and submit to client QHSE Department and company
QHSE Manager.
• Compliance with this HSE plan by all employees.
• Identify, analyze and assess the HSE risks for various types of jobs.
• Monitoring of receiving food materials, checking the food hygiene,
temperature control, production, service, expiry date, delivery staff’s
clothing, and vehicles to protect from contamination.
• Verifies the cleaning of all equipment & food premises to avoid the risk of
contamination.
• Verify and maintain all ISO-22000-2005, HACCP & OHSAS 18001-2007
documents.
• Developed Health and Safety training programs, training presentations.
• Providing all necessary safety training about Food Safety, HACCP,
Fire Fighting Techniques, SOP Kitchen Equipments, SOP Maintenance
Equipments, SOP House Keeping, First Aid, Heat Stress, Waste
Management, Manual Handling, Electric Safety, Environmental Safety,
Emergency Preparedness & Response, Etc.
Worked as quality analyst, Done analysis of food samples such as spices like chilli, turmeric, pepper, coriander, ginger, etc..
After completing Msc microbiology, attended two training programs in same area.
