MEP Manager:
Being MEP Manager the following are my Job Profile
1. Performing Techno-Economical Design / Design Validation
2. Preparing and monitoring Construction Schedule
3. Leading the team of 5 members
4. Tracking the Procurement activity, TDS & Drawings activity with tracking tools like Procurement tracker, TDS Tracker and DPM.
5. Attending Client and consultant meeting and obtaining TDS & Drawings approvals.
6. Arranging the material for site team at apt time by proper planning.
Joined as GET in L&T and got promoted to Asst. Engineering Manager.
Working as Asst. Engineering Manager in L&T.
As HVAC Design Engineer the following are the Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design and developing the HVAC Scheme for Hospitals, Airports, Malls, Hotels, IT Parks etc.,
2. Performing Cooling Load calculation in HAP and various other HVAC related calculations.
3. Air & Water Balancing.
4. Design of Life Safety systems.
5. Drawing preparation and release.
6. Obtaining Client approval.
7. Attending Site Queries.
8. MEP Coordinator.
Secured 8.7 CGPA & Second Rank in the Class
Completed My Bachelor Degree with 85% and also secured 25th Rank in overall Anna University & 2nd Rank in college level
