Position: Security Guard
Responsible; performing various duties related to Guest needs, comfort and satisfaction.
Main Duties
* Welcoming guests cheerfully and with a smile.
* Quick assistance before being asked,
* Assist guests with heavy baggage during check-in and check-out.
* Ensure our guests are pleased through the check-in and check-out process.
* To be in control of drivers during the drop and pick-up of guest.
* Maintaining cleanliness and all orderly manner in the entrance area/front office
* Responsible for CCTV and all guests, reception requests in quick and respective manner.
* Customer care relations in handling our client/guest.
* Communicate with my manager on all related issues within my department,
* Delivering messages and requested supplies to guests in a friendly manner.
* Perform other job and related duties as assigned by Line Managers.
* Securing the whole department.

Position: Security guard
Responsibilities
* As a security guard, my main duties revolves around protecting our employer's property and work in a variety of settings, such as public buildings, banks, school and other government enterprises.
* Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
* Monitor on CCTV and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
* Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
* Escort motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
* Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler.
* Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
* Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
* Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information requested in my line of duty
