•Generate commercial financial proposals for the clients.
•Keeping record and updating datasheet and price list of the products.
•Proving client with datasheet and information sheet of the product when requested by client.
•Maintaining good relationship with the Client and making sure their request is fulfilled asap.
•Maintaining good relationship with vendors.
•Archive all commercial related documents.
•Prepare reports, correspondence and materials for publications and presentation.
•Attend phone calls and act on queries asked by caller.
•Revert to queries through email for sales purpose.
•Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
•Receiving and responding to client service request by phone and through e-mail.
•Organizing meetings and exhibitions.
•Assist the Sales Manager and Sales support Manager in client presentation and meetings.
•Assisting Operational Manager with project related task.
•Coordinating with Engineer on site and Operational Manager.
•Keeping updates of project on going and completed and maintaining records of the same.
•Preparing Handing over Certificates and Delivery Note related to projects.
•Making sure to receive Purchase Order from Client, if they approve the financial proposal made and forward the Purchase Order to finance department.
•Informing the Finance department to issue invoice for a project based on financial proposal terms of payment.
•Informing the client about the expiry of their Service Level Agreement or contract and taking measures to renew it.
•Setup executive team travel arrangements.
•Setup accommodation arrangement for company visitors.
•Answer telephone and handle in appropriate manner.
•Assist logistic officer in sending envelope and package through FedEx, Aramex etc.
•Receive and sign for UPS/ FedEx/ Aramex packages.
• Operating office equipments such as photocopy machine, fax and scanner.
