● Work effectively with Human Resources, business colleagues and leadership team regarding recruitment,
performance management, restructuring, disciplinary, training and special projects.
● Directing, developing and driving the business unit’s regional workforce plan and human capital strategies by
acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the business, not limited to budget, revenue and product and
portfolio roadmaps. Partners with Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits to ensure a feasible, pro-active
workforce plan is in place and well executed.

regular consultation with Team managers and departments.

● Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization based on
the requirement, such as mid-level staffs, line managers and senior managers at board level.

● Managing full Recruitment process including person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking
application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates for in house and outsource requirements.
Key Activities
● Talent Acquisition: Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources, working closely with department Heads/ Chief, internal team and External Agencies to ensure that
objectives and goals are being met within the mobilization time frame.
● Resource Mobilization: Managing end to end mobilization of resources to clients in large volume (1000+).
● HR Digital Transformation: Experience in working as functional lead for HRMS implementation and Employee Self
Service and understanding knowhow on designing the manual workflow into a digital platform.
● Employee Relations & Business Partnering: Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge
the divide between management and employees. Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and
boost productivity. Employee retention through exit interviews.
● Grievances & Escalation Management: Act as point of contact for employee grievances and assist staff with right
guidance and resolution. Working on escalations and resolving effectively by conciliations, negotiations and
mediations process.

● Worked on Process improvement and revision of Recruitment Department SOP for Transguard Group.
● Successfully implemented complete HRMS with Employee Self Service, by self for one business unit (Oasis)
consisting of 1200 employees and reduced Administrative staff by 50% through HR Digital.
● Successfully reduced recruitment turnaround time by 30% through proactive sourcing strategies (Agency & In-house
recruitment).
● Successfully completed mobilization of 150 employees to third party entities in S&D function with full coordination
between internal and external stakeholders.
● Received Bonus for overachieving recruitment outsourcing target for the financial year in
