Allocates brand responsibilities to sales staff and ensure adequate and to give proper attention to each customer to make sales for achievement of sales target and customer satisfaction.
Monitor displays, model ranges, and general environment in the showroom in accordance to the high standards expected of the company.
Exercise effective internal controls within the showroom in order to comply with company policy regarding stocks etc.
Controls cash transactions, keeps the cash in custody and ensure the credit card acceptance is in compliance to the company policy.
Maintain all relevant documents in the location are in accordance to policy and procedure.
Turning customers into sale.
Presentation and house keeping.
Process deliveries and stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with company procedures (Replenishment)
Provide the customers with the best service and attention to comply with the high standards of customer service set by the company to attract them for repeat sales.
Ensure all documents and records were maintained properly.
Filling all documents in daily and weekly basics.
Handling the till.
