Implementation of Food Security & livelihoods and Nutrition projects.
• Conducted detailed examination (Antimortem & Postmortem) of the animal to find out the possible symptoms.
• Ensured hygienic and quality meat production to check physical contamination (dirt, hair, clots, fungus, water drops etc.) of processed food item (mutton/beef meat) in chilling room, deboning room, production room & storage chamber.
• To check the parameter (packing of Meat item respective name, sealing, date of production, temperature, weight) of processed food(Fresh/Frozen) in production and storage chamber.
• To maintain decorum for quality of Food industry like HACCP, ISO and GMP.
• Prescribed medication or treatment on the basis of the discovered symptoms or disease.
• Assisted and educated the farmers about general feeding and other sanitary measures, in order to promote animal healthcare.
• Trained and supervised personnel who took care of animals in a farm.
• Assisted in the development of drugs and vaccinations necessary for animal treatment.
• Conducted tests on dairy farms animals for detecting any disorders or diseases.
• Created general awareness among the workers about communicable diseases that can even affect humans.
