• Project Budget preparations, Schedule Development, Performance Monitoring, Critical Path Analysis, and Progress & Cost reporting.
• Analysis of Variance and preparation of catch-up plan.
• Responsible for Mobilization of Core Team, Project Manpower, setting up of Site Facilities and overall responsibility of project execution on time / ahead of time and without LTA
• Contracts management - Finalization of subcontracts, liaison with client, vendors & subcontractors, monitoring the Contracts during execution, quantity survey and invoicing in Oil & Gas industry Preparing DPR, WPR, Manpower histogram & S- curves for regular shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Claims Management, EOT Claims & Delay analysis.
• Preparation of Cost reports & Cash flow projection.
• To identify the External & Internal Interfaces for the Project & Stakeholders
• To establish the Communication with the stakeholders
• To liaison with Authorities like MOI (Ministry of Interior), MoECC (Ministry of Environment & Climate Change), Kahramaa, QCDD (Qatar Civil Defence Department), MIC (Mesaieed Industrial City) for all the project related External Interfaces for approvals.
• To liaison with the various departments within QatarEnergy to obtain the Approvals for the project
• To liaison within the REL project Team & subcontractors to mobilize the appropriate resources & assure they understand the regulatory requirements and comply with it
• To assure the timely readiness of the required Documentation & work fronts in line with the Regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Determination of Resources & Materials requirement and availability.
• Planning for manpower, tools, equipment and their availability, for efficient allocation of resources along with mobilization & demobilization from Project
• Management of Vessels & Jack up Barges and their related approvals.
• Vendor management & expediting the deliverables
• Project Performance Monitoring, Critical Path Analysis, Progress & Cost reporting.
