Client : Wafra Joint Operations (Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc. - KGOC), Kuwait
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of key process deliverables, including Process Design Basis and Process
Description documents.
Review and Updation of FEED stage Process Simulations and Heat & Material Balance
(HMB) using ASPEN HYSYS.
Review & Updation of FEED Stage BFDs, PFDs & P&IDs as per Company Standards.
Sizing and design verification of 2-phase Vertical & Horizontal Separators, Gas
Accumulators, Flare KO Drums, and Closed Drain Vessels as per API 12J & GPSA.
Preparation of Process Datasheets (PDS) & Instrument Process Datasheets (IPDS).
Development of Control Philosophy, ESD & Blowdown Philosophy, and Cause and Effect
Chart.
Performed relief load calculations and sizing of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) and
Thermal Safety Valves (TSVs) in accordance with API 520, API 521, and API 526
standards.
Conducted depressurization and blowdown studies using the Blowdown utility in ASPEN
HYSYS, ensuring compliance with design and safety requirements.
Developed and validated flare network models using FLARENET for hydraulic analysis,
backpressure evaluation, and system optimization.
Preparation of Utility Consumption Summary.
Review of vendor documents, drawings, and calculations with technical evaluation and
comment resolution.
Participating in design review sessions and weekly progress meetings with the client.

•Commissioning & Operation of Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) Unit for the Purification of Biogas.
• Commissioning & Operation of Booster Compressor for filling the purified gas into cascades.
•Testing of all equipments & machineries before startup.
• Raw material feeding into a set of 4 Reactors each having 60 tons capacity.
• Monitored important parameters of the plant such as pH, Temperature, Level & Flow on daily basis and identified deviations, fine-tuned process controls and suggested corrective measures.
• Monitoring parameters & Controlling them through SCADA.
• Preparing, Scheduling, Coordinating & monitoring the assigned engineering project works.
• Cooperating & communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance & technical support.
• Properly managing all procurement activities so that processes can proceed efficiently & successfully.

I have completed 1 month of industrial training in GAIL (INDIA) Ltd. and studied the process and separation of C2-C3 from Natural Gas and production of LPG.
Also studied the Plant Utilities.

I have completed 15 days of training in RCF Ltd., Thal, Alibag and studied the process and production of Methyl Amines.
