• Review materials submittals from consultants prior to
granting final approval to contractors.
• Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, documenting and workflow techniques.
• Determine procedures measurement, for maintenance, installation, modification and documenting and workflow techniques.
• Installation of Containments for different services (Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, system).
• Installation of Cable Pulling, Testing & Commissioning of for Fire Alarm System (FAS), Fire Suppression, Public Address System (PAS), & ELV System.
• Implementation of the project's Safety quality and safety plans and ensure the safety of personnel sand property.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Develops, establishes, recommends and enforces safety practices applicable with electrical systems as per U.A.E law.
• QA/QC Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of the Equipment of Electrical & ELV Systems.
• Familiar with the appropriate local, European and American codes & standards ADDC, EN, NFPA, IEC, etc.
• Maintain relative documentation /Technical submittals approvals to facilitate speedy reference during and after internal inspection.
• Carry out all work related to MV, LV & ELV.
• Experienced in Installation of busbar, substation, transformers, panels and their glanding-termination works.
• Active involvement in weekly meetings with Project management & QC Supervisors and manager to resolve site related issues.
• Designed and approved power distribution requirements for construction of high-tech manufacturing facilities.
• Carry out all works related to as per approved drawings.
• Gain approved Electrical Shop Drawings, MEP-Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from Contractors Project Engineer.
• Implementation of the project's Safety quality and safety plans and ensure the safety of personnel sand property.
• Attending the meeting with consultants for project related issues, site progress and ensuring that all works and inspection in line with project planned dates.
• Technical execution subcontractor to design, purchase and install an operating ELV system which meets Client requirements.
• Installation of Containments for different services (Lighting, Small Power and ELV system).
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Develops, establishes, recommends and enforces safety practices applicable with electrical systems as per U.A.E law.
• QA/QC Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of the Equipment of Electrical & ELV Systems. Maintain relative documentation /Technical submittals approvals to facilitate speedy reference during and after internal inspection.
• Installation of Electrical Earthing / bonding protection and lighting protection systems.
• Responsible for producing the MEP clearance on time prior to the civil work proceeding.
• Adequate co-ordination with MEP and civil team to find the solution for site related issue.
• Ensure and assist the process of NCR's (Nonconformance Report), CAR (Corrective Action Report), Preventive Actions, etc.
• Prepare daily, weekly &monthly reports for the project manager.
• Following the time schedule & meeting the deadlines.
