PROJECT: - CAIRN / VEDANTA MPT O&M MARCH-2024 TO PRESENT
• Performing scheduled maintenance on equipment, identifying issues and troubleshooting.
• Attending SIMOPS meeting and scheduling the maintenance activity.
• Root cause analysis during critical equipment shutdown and ensure startup without afecting KPA
• Coordination with operations team to best take advantage of manpower and improve output as much as possible.
• Corrective maintenance and preparation of RCA.
• Overriding SIS tags in YOKOGAWA Prosafe RS system by ensuring additional monitoring during PM / CM & CFT of SIS tags to avoid unnecessary trips.
• Trend analysis and retrieving dump data from Yokogawa Centum CS DCS
• Ensuring stand by equipment readiness.
• Coordination with project team for Vendor mobilization call out for AMC.
PROJECT: - GRUPA AZOTY POLIMERY POLICE PROJECT DECEMBER-2022 TO NOVEMBER-2023
• Honeywell Experion PKS r500 DCS SAT, Commissioning & Start up.
• Honeywell Safety manager SIS / BMS SAT, Commissioning & Start up.
• Loop checking, Control Narrative Functional test and Cause & Efect verification of packages with Client.
• SIS SIL verification of SIF with Government Authority UDT.
• ICSS support during Commissioning and startup of the PDH unit plant.
• ICSS support during Performance Guarantee test.
• Field Instrument trouble shooting using FDM.
• Trend analysis and retrieving dump data during start up as per operation requirement.
• Bentley Neveda VMS SAT, Gap voltage setting, prior to start up.
PROJECT: - KOC LFHO PROJECT, KUWAIT DECEMBER-2018 TO SEPTEMBER-2022
• ICSS support during Performance Guarantee test
• Honeywell Experion PKS r500 DCS SAT, Commissioning & Start up.
• Honeywell Safety manager SIS / BMS SAT, Commissioning & Start up.
• Loop checking, Control Narrative Functional test and Cause & Efect verification of packages with Client.
• SAT, Loop checking and commissioning of 24 package substation and 2 Satellite substation.
• Establishing Communication with Honeywell ICSS and loop checking of SRP VFD of Wells.
• Site verification and commissioning of ESD and F&G Logics.
• Commissioning of Fire alarm control systems inside the building (FACP, HSSD, FSS etc.)
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Fieldbus instruments using Honeywell FDM.
• PSSR & TOC punch closure.
• Preparation of check list and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Redline mark up of Documents and submit to As-Built.
• Pipeline valve station communication establishment with ICSS.
• NCR and Field instruction close out during commissioning.
