• Tackling the COVID-19 Impact: Proposed, planned & implemented the idea of shifting the business focus on small scale miscellaneous projects as the major/mainstream projects in the industry were on hold. The move was not only a mere success by helping to meet the department annual budget, it opened up more markets & business segments & added 50% more revenue to the department.

Responsibilities:
• Understand the Purchase/ Work order and assist the Project accordingly as per terms and conditions mentioned and agreed upon.
• Organizing/Coordinating Third Party Inspections and Expediting for a wide range of clients based locally and Worldwide: - Handled 5000+ Man Days of Inspection & 60+ Clients.
• Review and track Inspection Reports and Release notes for compliance to RFI, ITP & PO, file and distribute to designated Project Team members.
• Interface & regularly meet with client & vendor representatives to ensure progress of project in accordance with schedule.
Resource/Supplier Management:
• Supplier evaluation, Audit, maintain & overseeing the development & utilization of supplier database.
• Vividly broadened the networks of suppliers around the world by 50%.
• Analyzed statistical data and reports to ascertain trends in performance against the market condition resulting in maximum effective and efficient use of resources & there by reducing the direct operational costs & maintaining the target profits.
Budget Management:
• Budget forecast track the expenses & assigning measures to control the expense & associated income adjustments.
• Work with Project accounts & department managers to ensure accurate and quality financial figures (income and costs accruals) reported to Corporate finance.
Evaluation/review activity in the Conformity Assessment process as per ISO/IEC17065.
• Issuance of Conformity Certificates as per the relevant legal body, Scheme and
accreditation body requirements and maintain timeliness.
• Provide scientific and technical knowledge of the products as per the relevant Scheme.
• Developed Work Instructions & Evaluation check lists for Automotive spare parts
adhering to the requirements of ESMA & GAC standards.
• Advise on certification requirements and other details for specific product categories.
Familiarization with the different products handled by the company like Industrial gear drives,
winches, valves, pumps.
• Gaining in depth product knowledge and process parameters.
• Selection and sizing criterion for the different products.
• Close overview of Sales & Marketing function.
