•• Responsible to initiate, plan, integrate, execute, monitor and close projects of retail hypermarket and supermarket stores in given duration and within Budget.
• Responsible to finalize design and drawings based on attributes such that location of sections in market, merchandising layout, product category mix, theft prevention, production area workplace layout, customer friendliness, minimum workforce and ergonomically.
• Identify complete scope of project and develop CAPEX budget, project plan, prepare work schedules, procurement plans and planning of all other infrastructures of a hypermarket/supermarket.
• Inviting quotations, negotiating and awarding works related to all Civil, MEP, Lighting and HVAC to contractors based on BoQ, specifications and to be cost effective on budget.
• Responsible for Sourcing all fixed assets of store operations from local to international suppliers machineries and equipments to shelving, refrigeration systems, racks, trolleys, lights, other fit out articles and also to guide for maintenance.
• To foresee and meet other objectives of a complete project such as dealing with landlords/Mall Management, indoor and outdoor signage planning, parking management, additional area subleasing, waste management and guidance to make revenue from operational scraps.
• Monitor and evaluate project team performance, motivate and reward them as well as manage other resources.

• To coordinate project related works on and off site and liaise with contractors and other team members to expedite tasks.
• Daily monitoring of quality and quantity of project works on site and report project manager on progress and hurdles. Updating list of project tasks among completed, on progress and yet to start works. Preparing list of materials required at site based on drawing and arranges to begin and complete each tasks on time.
• Manage and prepare each Work orders of the project and prepare for payments with the approval of PM. Follow up on project goods and shipments arrival tracking, material search and sourcing of project materials from local markets. Monitoring of materials movements and goods on site for best use and prevent theft.
• Checking measurements based drawing and guidance to contractors on size variations and providing instant solution within the limit.
• Daily distribution of company own staff workforce for different electrical, mechanical and miscellaneous tasks.
• Responsible to keep project site safe and clean at all times.
• Managing of site expenses and preparing report for approvals and reimburses.

Operations Coordinator at Atlantic Maritime Group

• Marine Services operations and sales Analysis mainly on material usage calculation and work order monitoring.
• Responsible to analyze offshore vessel hire charges and market price comparison.
