• Employees Courses tracking
• Prepare training plans
• Manage and develop training plans and schedules
• Track and mange inside and out side training courses and exams
• Made the necessary evaluations
• Define and assign competencies by job role and/or individual
• Deliver tests and exams to assess knowledge and provide certifications
Coordination and organization many training projects in Aseza:
• Project coordinator for international IT Cambridge Diploma training from march/2008 to December/2008
• Project coordinator for Advanced Accounting Training in nov/2008
• Project coordinator for Customer Care training for Aseza Employees from December/2008 until now
• Project coordinator for (Self Management) training for aseza Employees from June/ 2009 until sep/2009
• Supervision on management requirement examination in aseza from Aug/2009 until sep/2009
