As a junior UX designer at a fintech startup, I played a critical role in designing the digital application and website for the company. I worked closely with the senior UX designer, developers, and directly with the co-founders of the company to ensure that the product met the needs of its users and aligned with the overall business goals.
My duties included conducting user research, developing user personas, designing wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and providing design recommendations based on user feedback. Additionally, I collaborated with the development team to ensure that the designs were implemented accurately and effectively.
Since I worked from the beginning of the startup, I was involved in every step of the design process, from concept to launch. This allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the product and its users, as well as the business objectives and priorities.
Working closely with the senior UX designer allowed me to learn valuable skills and techniques, such as how to conduct user research effectively, how to develop user personas, and how to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. I also gained experience working with developers, which helped me to understand the technical constraints and considerations that are necessary when designing digital products.

Overall, these courses provided me with a well-rounded education that prepared me for various career opportunities in business and management.
