Project: - Construction of 208 precast villas in Al Mashriqi - total cost 145 million (SAR).
The building was composed of raft foundation and the structure of precast panels and hollow cores & electro, mechanical and architectural works (ceramic floor, staircase marble, gypsum board ceiling and profile paint), precast tanks, boundary fence and site development for 208 villas.
The responsibility: - -
• The stakeholders were determined and collecting the requirements to obtain the scope baseline approval.
• The time and cost were planned and estimated to obtain schedule and budget approval.
• The procurement and design process were planned and managed with all project’s disciplines, the consultant, and the client.
• Project planning activities were Integrated and Coordinated with all disciplines to meet contractual performance conditions.
• The Project governance structure established, and project’s team were assigned.
• The Construction activities has been Leded and managed on-site including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Project progress, budget, schedule has been Monitored and implemented corrective actions as .
• meetings have been attended with and made decisions for Project Issues as per Contract Terms and Conditions.
• Risks have been developed and implemented mitigation strategies.
• site inspections have been Conducted and checked for quality ensured regular to compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

It consists of main building (basement, ground floor and six floor) the area of main building was 38000 M² & service building (mosque, generator, chilled area, pump, boiler, medical gas, warehouse, medical workshop, electro, mechanical) buildings and site development \{concrete for retaining wall, culvert, riprap, walkway, earth works, asphalt works for roads and parking area, infrastructure works (water drain, water storm water supply, irrigation, fire fitting, duct bank for medium voltage and low current, light poles and green areas. total number of piles was 8600 pecs. The responsibility: -
•The foundation rafts works had been completed.
•The concrete works for main building, service buildings, retaining walls had been completed.
•The backfilling and paved roads, side walkway and all infrastructure for electrical and mechanical works, had been completed.
•The finishing works internal and external of all building had been completed,
•All site activities have been managed and monitored in compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, project plans.
•the site progress has been monitored on a day-to-day basis including labour force.
•The process of ordering and purchasing materials had been managed in according to approved material and procurement plane of the project.
•The technical solutions and solving problems to team work on site had been provided.
•All reports have been prepared and submitted regarding to the job status.
•The coordination with all disciplines, suppliers and subcontractors have been organized and managed.
