1- تدريب الكوادر الأشرافية على الوسائط المتعددة والشبكات ونظم المعلومات.
2- الإنتداب السنوى لأعمال كنترول إمتحان الثانوية العامة منذ عام 2001 على أساس قيامى بوظيفة رئيس وحدة الحاسب بكنترول قطاع الاسكندرية أ
3- تدريب المدرسين والمدرسات للحصول على الرخصة الدولية لقيادة الكمبيوتر ICDL منذ عام 2002
4- إعداد المدرسين والمدرسات وتدريبهم على كيفية التعامل واستخدام جميع أجهزة معامل الأوساط المتعددة ومعامل الشبكات
5- متابعات ميدانية لمعامل الأوساط والشبكات لإزالة أى أعطال سواء Hardware أو Software
6- إعداد وتجهيز معامل الشبكات ( عمل Network كاملة لمعامل الشبكات )
7- إعداد الخطط السنوية للمتابعات الميدانية على مدارس محافظة الاسكندرية
8- متابعة معامل العلوم المطورة على مستوى المراحل التعليمية المختلفة (ابتدائى - اعدادى - ثانوى)
