• Build & strengthen relationship with the Channel Partners in Northern Emirates to lead, manage and motivate team in Multi Cultured & disciplined environment to carry out administrative & operational functions associated with Sales, Marketing & Technical Support.
• Responsible for Sales of HITACHI, TCL, BENQ, CANDY Products to Key Hyper Markets, Power Retailer like Carrefour, MAX, SHARAF DG, LULU, SAFEER GROUP, K.M TRADING AL-MANAMA GROUP, NESTO GROUP and independent retails etc.
• Enhance In-Store shelf display & POP Visibility.
• Keeping an eye/monitoring competitors display & marketing activities.
• Weekly Sell through Analysis of Key Category stores via Power Retailers to ensure all product Line up is given maximum focus & to avoid slow moving situation.
• Coordinate with Sales/Retail/Merchandising team for executing targeted business plans.
• Expand Market reach & distribution channel by opening new accounts in Electronics and Appliances category stores & untapped avenues.
• Regular Channel visit & ensure proper merchandising in all key retail outlets. Arrange Product Training for Sales/Retail/Merchandising team & dealer network.
• Improvement of Brand Visibility through In-shop Branding & SKU's Display.
• Analyse the status of Display by product, Sales Trend, Market & Counter Share Monitoring, Proactively Initiates Action for Variance & Ensure desired results.
• Monitoring and motivating dealer performance and implementing effective strategies to maximise sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
• Setting target for promoters and Souq Dealers.
• Responsible for achieving the set target for Northern Emirates market. Managing 52 partners - UAE.
• Responsible for suggesting different ways to improve sales and increase market share for the brands.
• Splendid promotions to support the Power-retailers during the festive seasons/Events.
• To do business review on a regular basis to understand the brand performance.
• Manage the Promoter’s by monitoring their overall performance and motivating them to attain targets.
• Interacting closely with the Buyers/Purchasing dept. to ensure proper ordering and Brand's visibility in the Power-retail Outlets.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments, utilizing information for business improvement.
• Analyzes consumer trends and information to identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
• Providing market, consumer and competitors' information to Product Manager for setting new product pricing and to manage the price of existing items.
