o Creation of complete Customer Order Management process o Creation of Material Planning Master for ordering purposes o Setting up of RM inbound Shipment Tracking process
o Establishing Inventory Management process
o Develop and document Warehouse Management processes and procedures like Min-Max stock keeping, defining KANBAN items, Identify KANBAN and NON-KANBAN items, ABC classification, defining ordering pattern for RM
o Guide and suggest Rheem team in location control and BAR Coding o Creation of dynamic, Production Planning Master
o Finished Goods Inventory Management process and procedures
o Provide Online Training Sessions to team Rheem
