RETAIL BANKING:
•Responsible for providing end-to-end solution to Privilege Banking Customers across the entire product.
•Work in system (finacle, FCRM, E-Search) and solve customer queries through operation.
•Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships.
•Establishing the relationship with customer and suggesting them to invest in products that will help them in their future financial.
•Maintaining “Relationship” with the PB customers who are mapped to me.
•Responsible for increasing the profitability from my set of customers by leveraging his relationship to cross-sell products.
•Maintaining the record of the entire PB customer mapped to me on excel sheet.
•Keeping a record of the PB customer investment activities in ICICI BANK & its competitor’s.
