Current Role: Production Incharge
• Reduced Tooling, Spanners, and document searching time during set up and tool change over the period by doing 1S', and 2S activities continuously under the concept of 5S
• Developing associates and ensuring multi-skilling of persons for various
operations.
• Developed Training Plans for Associates on specific shop floor activities and
their knowledge up gradation for getting a better quality of the product.
• Improving every time the morale of the operator by increasing Suggestions,
decreasing unplanned absenteeism, and organizing promotional activities
which is the most important intangible benefit of the organization.
• Responsible for achieving the desired production target & daily reviewing of production.
• To increase productivity by doing continuous improvement through Cycle time study, operator flow chart & process capability.
• Responsible for shop floor development through concept utilization of 5S,
Kaizen, and Visual Control.
• Production related all documents like Daily Production Report, Daily
Rejection Report, and Daily Rework Report.
• Review NCR (Non-Conformance Report) of Material & Tool.
• Training of all Operator Regarding Process Sheets & Route cards.
• Red Bin analysis with Quality Team.
My education has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and machine design.
