Aug’10- Present Asst Technical Manager AOC, Abudhabi, U.A.E.
Masdar City Project-Involved in the construction of the administrative and the Parking block, designed by Foster+Partners. Responsibilities included liaising with the client/consultant, review of design submittals, review of contractor and subcontractor submittals, assisting the contracts manager in contract review/organizing reports, project and inventory controls.

Nov’08- Aug'10 Project Coordinator Dubai Intl Airport Concourse-3 ALEC, Dubai, U.A.E.
Played the key role of a section manager, reporting directly to the project manger. Responsibilities involved monitoring progress of site with target dates, quality and inventory control, forecast of materials/staff and coordination with other related subcontractors. Held regular meeting to document progress and close out inter phase issues.

Apl ’06- Nov’08 Site Architect DMMHA (The Address) ALEC, Dubai, U.A.E
Lead a team of subcontractors in the interior fit-out of Hotel rooms, themed gourmet restaurants and other front of house areas. The responsibilities included liaising with multiple subcontractors, review of shop drawings/material and Progress documentation.

Involved in several Urban scale project handling engineering and coordination works. Monitored, controlled the design information from specialist and subcontractors. Lead the value engineering workshop involving the entire project team whenever necessary. Engaged the client, consultant and specialist in meeting to review value risk and cost control.
Actively participated in tender evaluation and finalization of contractor for various specialist packages.
