Product Inspection Activities:
• Perform Cirris testing and physical inspection on Aircraft Electrical Harness being manufactured.
• Perform quality inspections on products during assembly or final Inspection
• Report Inspection and test data.
• Assists Engineering and Operations in the investigation of non-conformities.
• Giving on job training to new employees for Inspection process and supervising their work until they hold an authorized stamp.
• Create Test Programs on Cirris Easy Touch Tester to test the Harnesses being Manufactured.
• Perform Calibration/Verification of Cirris Easy Touch tester that is used for testing the Harnesses.
• Prepare FMEA for Inspection Process
First Article Inspection (AS9102) Activities:
• Conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) and sign-off of First Article Inspection Reports
(FAIR) in accordance with AS9102 (Aerospace First Article Inspection Requirement) .
• Verify that products from raw material to finished harness meet standards of quality and safety, by way of measuring, examining and testing of product samples.
Audits and Material Review Board (MRB) and other activities:
• Support Product audit and Create Tear Down Inspection Reports
• As MRB team member, Evaluate and Investigate Non-conforming Products for Root Cause identification and Corrective action.
• Customer Rejection investigation and report creation.
• Creation and updation of Work instructions for Final inspection process and FAI process.
• Create Work instructions for Operation and Calibration/ Verification of Cirris testers.

Read and understand the project specification, applicable codes and standards, procedures
and inspection test plan.
Ensure all approved drawings, procedures and method statements are available on site.
Ensure Calibration of inspection and test instruments.
Enforcement and verification of work performed in accordance with specification,
manufacturer recommendations and coating procedure.
Checking of paint material for approved make, type, colour (RAL), shelf life and storage conditions.
Check and record all climatic conditions like Relative Humidity, Ambient Temperature, and
Steel temperature, Dew Point Temperature etc.
Inspect for the degree of cleanliness and Measure surface profile of blast cleaned surface.
Assess surface cleanliness soluble salt contamination on blast cleaned surface.
Monitor thinning, mixing Ratio/time, induction time and pot life.
Monitor application method, type, and pattern.
Measure wet film thickness by notch gages.
Monitor re-coating and final curing schedules.
Each coat Check visually for any defects and record wet film thickness and dry film thickness for daily Reporting.
Carry out final inspection for any painting defects and DFT requirement as per the specification.
Dry film thickness measurement of non-magnetic/non-conductive coatings applied to
ferrous / nonferrous surface.
Test discontinuity (holidays or pinholes) of coatings and linings.

Verifying the failure and troubleshooting of EchoStar Satellite TV Receiver boards (DTH)
Digital Set Top Boxes in assembly line.
Maintaining Troubleshooting data for online failures & RMA units for future analysis.
Ability to understand and utilize assembly documentation such as but not limited to the
following: schematics, diagrams, BOM’s, EC documents, Visuals, Debug, Testing tools and
procedures.

Familiar with Spectrum analyzer, Digital oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter etc.
