Key Responsibilities:

•Responsible for Sales Orders Authentication in SAP and timely delivery of orders on hand.
•Production requirement as per dispatch advice & monitoring for ontime dispatches.
•Creating/defining the pack detail (Pallet Packing Structure) for export dispatches.
•Responsible for defining/changing the packaging for new/existing parts as per specification/requirement.
•Review available capacity & required capacity based on received sales demand.
•Confirm the capacity to customer in desired/defined format as per requirement.
•Sales Report & Orders on hand report.
•Inventory & Delivery Reliability MIS.

Additional Responsibilities (but not in current):
•Responsible for scheduling raw material and packing material & maintaing inventory as per customer requirement with consideration inventory norms (For both imported & domestic vendors).
•Review the slow and dead items for elimination from the slow and dead stock list.
•Maintaining molding/Tools detail with cavity nos. and produced parts which greatly helped the organization to monitor maintenance cost for each Mould/Cavity.
•Review the packaging and packing cost time to time for continual improvements.
•Compile the received orders/schedules with customer outstanding QTYs.
•Attend Daily Meetings & Coordination with allied team for on time production & dispatches the required material.
•Coordination with allied vendors/suppliers for on time delivery of related indented items in urgency.

•Responsible for generating daily BOM Material requirement for smooth Production
•Responsible for Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Reports
•Responsible for Move & Complete the open Job Orders in ERP
•Responsible for Return Excess BOM Material to Store back.
•Responsible for Compiling Inventory Stock.
•Transfer FG from plant (WIP) to FG warehouse with considering FIFO.
•Compliance for IMS related activities in the department.
•Accountable for Daily Material Requirement as per Day Requirement
•Accountable for ERP related transaction in ERP system and production confirmation in ERP system
Additional Responsibilities:

•Maintained physical inventory with system for assembly items.
