• Working as Consultant Gynecologist with the specialization in women's health focusing on female’s reproductive system. Dealing with a wide range of issues including obstetrics, or pregnancy and childbirth, menstruation and fertility issues, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), hormone disorders, and others maternal & neonatal Audits & Teaching of FMO'S & Nursing Staff for reducing the burden of post-partum hemorrhage (PPH)
• Performing Ultrasound Services regarding Obstetrics, Abdominal & Pelvic views to enhance clinical diagnosis for accurate management.
• Obstetricians care for women during and after childbirth. Estimating baby measurements, monitoring patients during Antenatal, Labour, & Post Natal period.
• Ensured use of appropriate tools for instrumental vaginal deliveries.
• Vast training in performing Obstetric & Gynecological surgeries, such as LSCS, Laparotomy, Dilation and Curettage, oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Abdominal/Vaginal Hysterectomy and other surgical procedures. Including diagnostic and emergency procedures.
• Excellent bedside manner and admirable ability to establish effective communication with patient. Monitor and follow up progress of patients.
• Exceptional skills in imparting health teachings for a complete and speedy recovery.

• Advance antenatal care including facility-based delivery: 24/7 BHU Plus provides MNCH services.
• For managing eclampsia: Availability of magnesium sulphate was ensured at all health facilities
• For strengthening referrals: Ambulances were placed at all 124 BHU Plus for timely referrals. For identifying obstructed labour: Availability and utilization of partograph was ensured in all labor rooms.
• For decreasing birth asphyxia: Helping baby breath corners is established where trained staff and necessary equipment is available for newborn resuscitation within one golden minute. For reducing neonatal sepsis.
• Free of cost supply of Chlorhexidine to BHU Plus for application on umbilical card just after cutting the cord post-delivery. For curing Pneumonia and diarrhea in under 5: Availability of Amoxicillin, Oral Rehydration Salt (ORS) and Zinc.
• Able to handle all critical issues related to work. Organize and prioritize duties in the professional manner & provide vital administrative support to other staff.
• Able to act independently with confidence under the guidelines of the defined work instructions and procedures. Make decisions that are appropriate and consistent with the situation.
• Conduct Gynea OPDs by examining the patient, antenatal Checkup, labs investigations.
• Maintaining the records side by side of Patient EDD. Perform Ultrasound & Normally Vaginal Delivery after Delivery Post Follow up of patients.
• Managing patient care under the supervision of Registrars and Consultants, and ensures a detailed history and physical examination are done for each presentation/admission, and documents these findings on their medical record.
• After discharging patient, keeping and maintaining records for next follow ups.
• Strong Communication skills, able for interaction and dealing with people professionally.
• An organized and structured way of work.
• Works within organizational policies and guidelines in order to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on timely and professional manner, establish work plans, balance short & long term goals.
