Circle Exhibition Services, I project managed exhibition stands and pavilions from the prospecting stage right through to after sales customer
service, making sure that our services truly exceeded our clients expectations.
My responsibilities included:
* Design custom made stands and pavilions according to clients requirements
I filled several roles, and worked on a variety of projects.
As a Team Leader, I worked on the schematic design and detailed design of many large scale projects.
I was responsible for delegating detailed design to two junior architects and three draftsmen taking in to careful consideration
the local municipality’s regulations.
My projects included:
* Dayer 2 Project, - 10, 091 sq. m. residential project
* Shahre Babak Project, - 2, 264 sq. m. residential project
* Second jahate omrane Alishahr project (BETAJA), -23, 327 sq. m. residential project
* Commercial Project of Alishahr, - 5, 980 sq. m. commercial project
- Multi-use retail units on the ground floor and office space on the first floor
* Deilam Apartment Project, -11, 102 sq. m. residential project
* Naghadeh Project, - 25, 295 sq. m. residential project in south of Iran
* City of Bam Project, - 3, 000 residential villas after a massive earthquake
- The main focus of this project was to ensure the design of the villas adhered to the town’s historical architecture
At Asman N.Consulting Engineers Architects, I worked on several primary/secondary projects. My responsibilities included:
Attending meetings with potential clients and presenting our proposals.
Part of my role was reviewing documents and coordinating the architectural aspects of the project with the civil, service and structural engineers.
I was responsible for the efficient and fast estimation of our projects.
This work was based on my experience in this area and the estimation course I successfully completed. My work also involved pricing according to tenders.
A key responsibility as the estimator for the company was to follow the strict guidelines for government funded projects regarding pricing of construction materials
using the annual pricing criteria manual set out by the municipality.
