Planning through maths and english skills books for different age groups and guide students to complete their skill books through explaining core concepts and examples.
Assess students through weekly tests and give feedback on areas to focus highlighting mistakes.
Guide students through work books and conduct practical learning lessons through engaging activities.
Ensuring students lead the way through the skills books by self learning techniques and help where possible.
Take Diagnostic Test for new enrolled students and suggesting the best level to start from.
Discussing student performance with one on one parent teacher meeting and Encouraging parents to re-enroll for next levels.
Manage other instructors and handle parent queries for suggestions and complaints and ensure high level satisfaction.
Train new hired instructors through on job training, assessing them and highlighting areas to focus which required improvement.
