- Analyzing the purchase requests and needs of the company in order to evaluate their pertinence and adequacy.
- Search of suppliers and products meeting the specific criteria defined by the company.
- Negotiate the best purchasing conditions in terms of quality, price, payment terms and delivery times.
- Drafting tenders to solicit competitive proposals from potential suppliers.
- Regularly monitor and control the gas distribution network, checking pressure, leaks and settings to ensure optimum operation.
- Carry out periodic checks on all gas regulators to ensure that they are working properly and comply with safety standards.
- Taking daily and weekly counter readings to ensure accurate monitoring of consumption.
- Calculate monthly energy consumption for each unit and for the industry as a whole, to facilitate energy management and resource planning.
- Detect, analyze and resolve problems with the gas distribution network, quickly identifying the causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Manage and monitor operations and maintenance work on the network, to ensure that it conforms to safety and quality standards.
Additional tasks :
- Managing chemical authorisations: Monitoring authorisations for chemicals used, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Calculating monthly consumption: Accurately calculating the quantities of chemicals used each month, for efficient stock and budget management.
- Equipment monitoring: Regular monitoring and control of turbocompressors, water pumps, chillers and the water treatment plant, ensuring compliance with regulations.
