Leading a dedicated team to handle Premium & Enterprise Clients.
●Performance optimization by proactive monitoring of system logs, OS logs, database logs, asterisk logs, etc. to detect and troubleshoot runtime problems.
●Coordination with the Product team on designing the new strategies to makethe product much efficient &interactive with minimal manual intervention.
●Providing KT to internal team and Customers as well.
●Cold Failover configuration and troubleshooting.
●Release Upgrade and Patch Upgrade for Critical setups.
