1- Entering the data of the periodic inspection into the customer’s data who has manufacturing defective VINs numbers the ( car models - manufacturing year - register plate number - VIN number - phone number - the date of the inspection - the city of the inspection )
2- Calling 200 customer per a day to determine the condition of the vehicle
3- Explain the manufacturing defect to customers and advise them of the free repair and services in the event of cooperation
4- Present monthly data for the campaign results on Microsoft Excel
5- Reserving preferred dates and branches for customers
6- Solve the problems of customers who are unhappy with driving a car with a manufacturer defect for a number of years
Nissan customer service representative
1- Receive customer calls and handle them with quality And help them with their inquiries
2- Explain the internal, external and technological specifications of the cars and the differences between the categories
3- Provide customers with information about the available offers and the conditions required for the offer
4- Calculating the salary and monthly obligations of the client and determining the eligibility of the customer
