• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets ad to project the number of contacts to be made
• Follow-up new leads ad referrals resulting from field activity
• Prepare proposals, sales contracts
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Manage account services through quality checks and another follow-up
• Identify and resolve clients concerns
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Implements policies and procedures on a range of student affairs issues such as class absences, refund appeals, and withdrawals.
• Determines and interprets student service’s needs; advises students on policy issues, and resolves their problems.
• Follow up with parents.
• Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Liaising with designers and printers.
• Contribute to, and develope, marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage Social Media Tools.
• Follow up with clients
• Coordinate & Manage Events, Conferences, Seminars, etc.
• Other duties related to marketing Executive and Social Media
