Key deliverables:
• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001,
and ISO 9001 across rental equipment, transportation, and workshop operations.
• Develop, review, and update QHSE policies, procedures, risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), and method
statements aligned with operational risks and legal requirements.
• Lead risk identification and control for high-risk activities including lifting operations, heavy vehicle
movements, maintenance activities, working at height, and confined space tasks.
• Administer and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring compliance for hot work, lifting,
electrical isolation, excavation, and other critical activities.
• Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely
CAPA tracking and closure.
• Plan and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness campaigns for drivers,
operators, mechanics, and site personnel.
• Perform internal QHSE audits, inspections, and site safety walks, identifying gaps and driving corrective
actions.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and leading/lagging indicators, prepare monthly safety reports, and present
performance trends to management.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, workshop, and project teams to integrate safety requirements
into daily activities and job planning.
• Liaise with clients, corporate HSE, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with contractual, statutory,
and client-specific HSE requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills, mock exercises, and incident
response coordination.
• Promote behaviour-based safety (BBS) and workforce engagement initiatives to strengthen safety culture
across the organization.

• Coordinated and implemented project QHSE plans and procedures in line with KIPIC requirements, Kuwait
regulations, and company IMS standards.
• Ensured effective Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and monitoring for high-risk construction
activities including hot work, lifting operations, excavation, and work at height.

corrective actions to closure.

• Supported emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills, evacuation exercises, and
coordination with site emergency teams.

• Implemented and enforced project HSE plans, procedures, and client requirements in alignment with
KIPIC, EPC contractor, and Kuwait regulatory standards.
• Monitored and controlled high-risk refinery construction and maintenance activities, including lifting
operations, hot work, confined space entry, excavation, working at height, and SIMOPS.
• Administered and verified Permit to Work (PTW) systems, ensuring compliance with authorization,
isolation, gas testing, and toolbox briefing requirements.
• Conducted daily site inspections, safety patrols, and compliance audits, identifying unsafe acts/conditions
and ensuring timely corrective action.
• Led incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, carried out root cause analysis, and tracked
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
• Delivered HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety training programs to workforce and
subcontractors, improving awareness and competency.

provide training as and when required.
• Identify training needs and arrange periodic HSE training/awareness as per the training matrix.
• Preparing training plan and maintaining a record of all training analysis.
• Conducting Training inspection on site.
• Preparing training presentations.
• Ensuring work permit systems are in place.
• Ensuring emergency services like fire extinguishers and first aid boxes are maintained.
• Carrying out monthly inspections for lifting tools & tackles.
• Conducting HSE Audits & inspections at site.
• Participate in HSE Management walkthrough at site.
• Recording the daily observations & report to HSE Management.
• Continuously monitoring all activities on site and advising safe working practices at site.
• Carry out vehicle/equipment inspection prior to mobilizing to the site.
• Ensuring Safety Induction Program to all employees before entering the work site.
• Coordination and maintaining of third-party inspection of the vehicle and Equipment.
