Project Location: Remraam Residential Community at (Dubai Land Area).
Project Duration: February 2017 -Continue.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for undertaking the design of electrical, mechanical and plumbing installation in accordance with electrical and plumbing standards.
Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of following.
• Electrical Cable wiring.
• Water supply system.
• Electrical Distribution System.
• Facility electrical utility equipment and distribution.
• Light, switch, receptacles, Air Conditioning Units.
• Generators and power distribution, breaker panels.
• Motors, Pumps cable wiring and all other electrical systems.
Manage the procurement process for all Electrical, Mechanical and, plumbing materials and tools required. Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and security of all tools equipment and personal protective clothing and shall be responsible for conducting an annual inventory of the same.
Maintain test and certify electrical supply networks including power distribution boards, panels, facilities, receptacles, lighting switches, cable wiring, electric motor, electric pump stations, and equipment.
Develops, establishes, recommends and enforces safety practices applicable to electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
Manage a team of electricians and plumbers to ensure all work repairs, installed to the highest standards in accordance with the applicable electrical, mechanical and plumbing standards.
• Undertake quality control inspections of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repair works.
• Prepare regular progress reports.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Facility Manager
Project Location: Air Field Lightning System at Benazir Bhutto International Air Port Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related work at a site.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on the regular basis or as required.
• Installation of cable laying, Transformer housing, and Vault station power distribution systems.
• Ensure that all the works were done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specification and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Ensure that all site work are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Engineer and Facilities Supervisor.
Project Location: Mangla Dam Raising Project.
Responsibilities:
• Building wiring Calculation according to load.
• Operations and Maintenance of all ELEC related assets such as MDB’s, SMDB, DB’s, ACB’s, Starter panels, Dimmer panels, Lighting, Earthing, Distribution, etc.
• 9 Months Internship Explosive material / concealed metallic weapons using ultrasonic waves project (major work circuit designing Transmitter & Receiver) at Riphah International University Islamabad
