Prepare letters and make calls to follow-up with customers on overdue accounts (outstanding fees) Monitor account details of non-payments, delayed payments and irregularities Work closely with center principals to understand and resolve issues on non-payments and delayed payments Make arrangements of re-payment within the established guidelines and procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor To ensure the clearing of Customers will finish within the shortest possible time Follow-up customers delayed clearance and try to know who's the responsible and finish it at the same time prepare an a report for the new customers service activation and send it to the management to insure that all work procedures working fine prepare daily report clearance and send it to the management to insure that all work procedures go’s in the correct way follow up the web services for the customers regarding about service activation and service reconnection
