As a Sales Assistant, I am responsible for my day to day sales. And making sure customers have a
pleasant customer experience when they come to
French Connection. This requires working closely within a team and with the Management team to achieve French Connection's goals.

My duties not only include achieving sales, but making sure the shop is tidy, organized, and
working on the tills. But the main priority and focus
is on customer service.

My duties and skills include: dealing with the public in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring that the service I offer is up to the standard my company expects. I have to be organised, punctual and reliable as this also involves shift work.
I have worked in different departments, and various work environments these include working at a bar; restaurants, also on different dinner services offered i.e.: Livery service; business conferences. The job opportunities I have had at the Marriott have been invaluable, and I will apply these skills in my future career.
