Checking and verifying & recording invoices and government fees in system. .
-Reclassification and allocate each expense to the concerned Cost Centers to ensure an accurate te records.
-Assist with the month end closing and preparing journal entries necessary to reconcile GL accounts (Provisions Advances )
-Preparing Monthly VAT report & Withholding tax report
-Issuing Payments According to the weekly cash flow report .
-Bank Accounts Reconciliation

Responsibilities:
-Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including receiving, processing, and verifying 1, 300+ invoices per month.
-Reconcile processed invoices to ensure 100% accuracy by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
-Reduced vendor reclassification 50%, ensuring the accuracy of vendor coding and accounts payable batch output.
-Distribute payments to vendors whether it's Advance, LC Telex, Supply chain financing, monitoring discount opportunities
and resolving discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
-Developed tracking reports to keep management informed of due and past due vendor Invoices
-Preparing Monthly VAT report & Withholding tax report
