1-Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
2-Manage recruiting and making sure the Direct Sales Force department is growing in order to gain a bigger market share
3-Yearly objectives/projects setting with a specific time frame ( Asses, implement, monitor, control )
4-Coaching and performance monitoring
5-Design new tools & kits that supports and motivate the Direct Sales Force team to improve and achieve their targets
6-Work closely with the training department to reach AIC goal
7-Keep our Policy & Procedure up-to-date & aligned with our sales strategy
• Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budget plan
• Conduct research to identify opportunities in both corporate and retail markets
• Follow up and manage sales with retail and corporate staff
• Introduce new corporate and individual products
• Deliver Underwriting tips to the sales force
• Assist to Settle sales strategies to grow the number of sales and reach annual target
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate & individual clients and identify new prospects within the area
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Familiar with all lines of insurance
• Deliver workshops periodically about underwriting and insurance tips for better targeting and sales strategies
• Prepare weekly reports to the upper management
• Create a positive and professional learning environment
• Deliver projects and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in-group and individual classroom dynamics
