• Manage all jobs related to on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing, including diagnosis of errors/technical problems and determination of optimum solutions.
• Deftly providing timely and detailed service reports. Proficiently operating vehicle in a safely manner and using field automation systems in line with company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Handling Completion Tools - Digital Infrastructure section to provide maintenance support at Aramco well sites.
• Monitor and ensure that all jobs are performed as per approved standard operating procedures (SOP) and comply with health safety & environment (HSE) protocols and procedures.
• Deal with all field paperwork including operational and safety documentation and produce detailed daily service reports.
• Develop & upgrade safety documentation including job safety analysis (JSA), permit to work (PTW), hazard observation system, management of change (MOC) & stop work authority (SWA).
• Manage materials inventories related to the section ensuring optimum availability to meet planned job demands.
• Provide training to team members to improve job-related competence and enhance safety awareness and environment consciousness.
• Participate in various company initiatives to improve processes and enhance the quality of service delivery.

• Participated in maintenance tasks including testing and modifying of electronic systems and ensuring compliance of system and components with approved specifications.
• Analyzed performance of equipment/machines, mapped opportunities for and recommended action plans for improving equipment maintainability and reliability.
• Monitored and ensured optimized operation of all assigned equipment complying with applicable standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Identified and analyzed defects by interpreting Piping & instrumentation Diagrams (PID) and implemented required remedial actions.
• Provide preventive maintenance of an instrumentation plant such as RTD, thermocouple, Differential pressure transmitters & sensing devices.
• Documented all service and installation tasks by completing forms, reports, logs and records.

• Worked as a member of the maintenance team, dealing with repair and/or replacement and commissioning of plant instrumentation.
• Performed evaluation and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic and electronic instrumentation as well as PLC systems.
• Executed tests to evaluate functional performance of various instrumentation required such as electrical motors, hydraulic pumps, Limit switch & gate valves.
• Contributed to the evaluation of instrumentation performance to identify opportunities to improve and optimize outcomes.
