Project Description : The Advertisement Schedule Management System or ASMS for short is used for registering comprehensive release order from clients with all details for telecast scheduling. It maintains program schedule with ad slots based on program class and ad insertion policy. The system prepares ad telecast schedule with optimum utilization of slots for multiple channels as well as local channels. The program manages statutory business documents namely Telecast certificate, ad schedule, full telecast schedule etc., maintain inventory of ad content files with duration, version, category etc.

Project Description : The AIMS is abbreviation for Asset Integrity Management System. The system primarily helps you keep track record of the assets of the organization and its whereabouts. At the same time it enables the user to calculate depreciation, running cost; maintenance cost etc.
The purchase management provides a decision support system for choosing the best asset, supplier, make and model etc. by collecting data from previous purchases and purchased assets. It manages the purchase process comprising of various processes like purchase requisition, tender generation and dispatch, quotation registration, quotation selection, purchase order generation, payment etc.
Petrol Pump Management System

Project Description : The Petrol Pump Management system or PPMS in short is a management website which manages the various processes of Pamba petrol pump. The pump has three types of customers general, TDB and Non TDB.
The PPMS manages various inventory items and their stock, keeps a check on discrepancy of volatile fuels and tank level.
The sales of items are of two types’ credit sales and cash sales according to the customer type. The system also manages purchase of the items from supplier (Indian Oil Corporation) and provides various PDF, excel reports, html views etc.
Sabarimala Accommodation and Inventory Management

Project Description : It is management software for managing activities related accommodation and inventory items management of Sabarimala (India’s second largest pilgrim center). It handles various room transactions swiftly and in a user friendly manner. The software also has provision of giving a number of reports like ledger reports, room status reports, donor pass utilization reports etc.
The system is successfully implemented and running in the accommodation office and vigilance department office connected via wireless LAN connection. The system alerts the vigilance officer in case of possible malpractices, delayed maintenance etc.
Travancore Devaswom Board Employee Payroll Management

Project Description : It is software which manages the employee details of all the employees of Travancore Devaswom Board. It helps to sort out the application sent to the board according to the qualifications of the individual.
