• Handled SPIR packages and executed on behalf of GASCO, acquired operational spares as per the recommended OEM and approved by the GASCO Team.
• Key leader of a $18.55 Million category of spend- SPIR packages approved budget, attained approx. USD.1.02 million savings through comprehensive leveraging, global competitive sourcing and total cost of ownership improvements.

Qatar Petroleum (QP), Qatar (2007 to 2010)
• Oversaw bidding, chaired technical meetings, administered evaluation of proposals and submission of recommendations to Qatar Petroleum Team for review and approval.
• Prepared the RFQ (Request for Quotation) based on the Project Materials requisition (MR) Project Specific Procurement and Subcontract Procedure for approval of the client based on the tender requirements.
• Award issuance and Post award meeting as applicable packages. Identified and delivered business benefits aligned to assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation.
