• Head of delegation and representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to NATO group for Telecommunications Services - (cybercrime, protection of critical infrastructure, EM radiation and broadband and information technology).

• Dealing with customer complaints and liaising directly with management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the procurement of electrical equipment and parts
• Training junior engineers on basic electronic practices and troubleshooting techniques
