5) Preparation of price summary (includes labour and machinery price as per project schedules. ) to obtaining dry cost of the project.
6) Filling BOQ after determining the contingencies, profit margins, negotiations, discounts, bank guarantees, site expenses, overheads, insurance etc. and other derivatives.
7) Making techno commercial offer along with method statements equipment listing etc.
7) Post tender clarifications and tender variations/ addendums....

• Making Daily progress reports for client review
• Procurements for the site generating Local purchase orders LPO.
• Making plans and coordination with other site activities and follow up the plans of civil and mechanical works.
• Designing and estimating electrical services of ware houses, labour accommodations, hospitals, universities, multi storied buildings and petrol pump stations
• Fore fronting all Project Estimation under various consultants and clients.
• Hands on experience to price panel boards, lighting fixture, cables, grounding & lightening, wiring devices, UPS system, transformers, switch gears, generators, cable trays, floor boxes and all electrical items which are mainly used in the electrical construction fields. Hands on experience to price all low voltage and communications items e.g. fire alarm system, P.A System, BMS System, CCTV/CATV system, MATV system, master clock system, Audio video system, Nurse call system, Telephone system, data system etc.
• Prepared method of procedure, bill of quantities and all electrical as built and shop drawings as per clients/consultants requirements
• Checking the scope of work, finding technical loop holes on Drawings & Specifications and coordinating with quantity surveyor.
• Receiving price quotations from the supplier.
• Liaising with client & consultant, preparation/ approval of bills and payment collection from client.
