 Responsible to circulate Weekly & Monthly progress reports from site and contractors and maintain proper folder for it.
 Arrangement & Coordination for Departmental Meeting.
 Responsible to provide stationary.
 Processed petty cash and send them through fax money order.
 Maintained proper filing system for Department.
 Kept record of correspondence with contractor at site/Dubai.
 Kept record for leaves and travel claims.
 Maintained record for invoices and follow up for payment.
 Booking of conference room and arrange refreshment for meetings
 Circulated important Letters, Reports and announcements to department.
 Raise purchase requisition in system and follow up for delivery.
 Raise GRN & SRN in SAP.
