To provide stakeholders and all internal customers with a professional advisory and information service and practical assistance covering all Human Resource matters including:
• Ensuring that the PRO is effectively managed through direction, support and development
• Providing specialist advise on developing procedures, the legal and financial implications and ‘best practice’ for employee relation issues within the Middle East
• Processing visas and giving accurate and consistent advise and practical assistance to management and applications for employment
• Developing Company policies and procedures, compensation and Benefits Plan.
• Handling the recruitment, selection and induction process
• Taking responsibility when required for staff review, development and training.
• Managing the payroll function
• Providing continuous support to managers in resolving and progressing cases of absence and performance management
• Managing contracts/letters of appointment, variations and associated documentation and ensure appropriate action is taken in respect of staff changes.
• Supervising the completion of appropriate staffing and salary returns and variations on the HR database.
• Identifying training needs and advising on/organise training events.

Working as an Assistant Manager Human Resource at Dollar East Exchange Group of Companies including an exchange company, GIFT university, AFC restaurant, Roshni Homes Trust, Biovet poultry equipment importer etc. Overall responsibility covers execution of all the HR function from hiring to leaving.
